1. Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your item. After this 30-day period, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received: unused and in its original packaging.

  • For flavor pods (cartridges), due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns if the original seal has been broken or tampered with.

3. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

4. Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
